By creating an account on FictionVerse, you agree to ALL of the following:

1. PROHIBITED CONTENT — STRICTLY ENFORCED
The following content is absolutely prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and content removal:
• Pornography, sexual content, or sexually suggestive material
• Depictions of sexual violence, rape, or sexual abuse
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — reported to law enforcement
• Extreme violence, gore, torture, or cruel depictions
• Hate speech, racial discrimination, or ethnic vilification
• Terrorism promotion or glorification of violent extremism
• Gambling promotion, casino advertising, or betting services
• Drug glorification, drug manufacturing instructions, or substance abuse promotion

2. AI-ASSISTED WRITING
FictionVerse welcomes AI-assisted writing. You may use AI tools for drafting, editing, and idea generation. All submissions undergo automated review PLUS AI-quality assessment. Low-quality or AI-only generated content without human refinement may be flagged or rejected.

3. REVIEW & MODERATION
Every chapter is reviewed by FictionVerse's automated review engine and AI reviewer. Flagged content may require revision within 24 hours. Rejected content that is not revised within the deadline will be moved to the Unpublished section and hidden from readers.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You retain full copyright ownership of your original work. By publishing on FictionVerse, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and monetize your content on this platform. You warrant that your content is original and does not infringe any third-party rights.

5. REVENUE SHARING
Authors earn 85% of net revenue from paid chapters. Platform fee is 15%. Payments are processed monthly. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

6. DATA & PRIVACY
Your email, pen name, agreement acceptance, and submission history are stored securely. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. TERMINATION
You may delete your account and remove all content at any time. FictionVerse reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. This agreement is legally binding and stored in your author profile.
